We are back this week with our final two EASYLIVING™ enhancements that have been incorporated into the designs of Legacy Homes.

9.    Outdoor Living brings the indoors outside with spacious covered patios, fire pits, and other entertaining options. It is a beautiful evening, you are gathered outside with family & friends, relaxing on the patio and cooking a meal. Since everyone tends to congregate in the kitchen, when the weather is nice why not take that experience outside to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views?

10.   Storage Space is a premium with larger pantries, generous walk-in closet space, and expandable options in the garage and on the second floor.  Space is something we can never have enough in our homes and over the years storage space seems to shrink as life happens. We have children, buy furniture, clothes and lots and lots of stuff. So we have added extra storage space in various places to help with this need!
