Relocation

Legacy Homes is happy to assist agents who are working with buyers who are relocating from outside of our NAMLS area and don't have access to local real estate professionals. Legacy Homes will pay the relocation referral fee up to 37% of the Selling Agent's commission in addition to the 3% commission to the Selling Agency. Realtor Rewards Relocation program applies to buyers who are transferring from outside of the area related to employment, military transfer, or change required for reasons other than personal preference. The Relocation fee cannot be used in conjunction with any other program and is paid at the Builder's discretion. Click on Realtor Relocation Program 2025 Guidelines for more details.
