    Legacy Homes is happy to assist agents who are working with buyers who are relocating from outside of our NAMLS area and don't have access to local real estate professionals. Legacy Homes will pay the relocation referral fee up to 37% of the Selling Agent's commission in addition to the 3% commission to the Selling Agency. Click the button to view details!

    Yes! We love working with our Realtor partners and proudly pay commissions at closing.

  • How do I register my client?

    It’s simple—just stop by any of our model homes or use our convenient online registration portal. Registering your buyer ensures you’re recognized as the procuring agent.

  • What if my client visits without me?

    No worries! As long as you’ve registered your client with us, you’ll remain listed as their Realtor and your commission is fully protected.

  • Can my clients choose their own lender?

    Absolutely. Your clients are welcome to work with any lender they prefer. That said, many buyers take advantage of extra savings when they finance through our partner lender, Silverton Mortgage.

  • How long does it take to build a Legacy home?

    Build times can vary depending on the community and floor plan, but most of our homes are completed in about 6–8 months. Our Sales Team will keep you and your buyers updated every step of the way.

  • Is my commission affected if my buyer uses a different lender?

    Not at all. Your commission is secure regardless of your buyer’s financing choice.

  • Do you have move-in ready homes?

    Yes! We always keep a selection of quick-move-in homes across our communities. You can view current availability on our website or by reaching out to a Legacy Sales Agent.

  • Who do I contact for community or home details?

    Every Legacy community has an onsite Community Sales Manager ready to help. You can find a list of our communities here.

  • Do you provide marketing materials for Realtors?

    Of course! From digital brochures and floor plans to flyers and community maps, we make it easy for you to share Legacy Homes with your clients.

  • What does the design process look like for buyers?

    This is one of the most exciting parts! Your buyers will work one-on-one with our professional Design Center team to select finishes and personalize their new home. We always welcome Realtors to join the appointment.

  • When will I receive my commission?

    Your commission will be paid at closing through the settlement statement—no surprises, no delays.

  • Am I welcome at orientations and final walks?

    Absolutely! We encourage Realtors to join their clients at orientations, final walks, and of course, closing day.
