Warranty FAQ’s
Please allow 3 business days for a Legacy representative and 10 days for all trades.
No, we always encourage homeowners to submit the items that they want addressed prior to the workmanship warranty expiration date.
We recommend submitting your one-year request at least 3-4 weeks prior to your workmanship warranty expiration date.
All requests must be submitted through the 2-10 portal, or they will not be acknowledged.
Please email our Customer Care Coordinator for any updates regarding open warranty requests. Do not contact your community sales manager as they will not have information about your request.
