What is the average response time for a new request?

Please allow 3 business days for a Legacy representative and 10 days for all trades.

Does Legacy provide a year-end warranty walkthrough?

No, we always encourage homeowners to submit the items that they want addressed prior to the workmanship warranty expiration date.

When should I submit my year-end request?

We recommend submitting your one-year request at least 3-4 weeks prior to your workmanship warranty expiration date.

Can I email my warranty request directly to the Customer Care Coordinator?

All requests must be submitted through the 2-10 portal, or they will not be acknowledged.

Who should I contact for updates regarding my warranty submission?

Please email our Customer Care Coordinator for any updates regarding open warranty requests. Do not contact your community sales manager as they will not have information about your request.
