Legacy Homes is excited to announce our newest floor plan… the Lexington! This elegant, French Country design is one of our most versatile floor plans and can be built in Heritage Brook, Applewood, and Colonial Pointe! This plan has many flexible options and really showcases Legacy Homes EASYLIVING™ designs with the ability to choose several different options to customize the plan for your needs and the way YOU live!

The Lexington features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, and a Flex Room where you can choose the Formal Dining Room option with exquisite trim, coffered ceiling, and an elegant chandelier OR you can choose the Study option with private, elegant French doors. The plan also features an oversized kitchen island for cooking, eating in, or entertaining. The Drop Zone Cubbies is great for kids to drop their backpacks and coats after school when entering from the garage which keeps clutter out of the Gourmet Kitchen!
