We have started our next home in Heritage Brook!  The Monroe ranch floor plan will be ready to move in around the end of May! Our Monroe floor plan is a total of 2,480 Sq. Ft.

The Monroe will feature a large great room that is open to the kitchen area, perfect for family gatherings.  A wood burning fireplace with a stone surround will be a featured accent in the great room.  The gourmet kitchen will feature beautiful white cabinetry, a huge granite food prep island, royal white granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
