Legacy Homes, one of the fastest growing builders in North Alabama, has an immediate opening for Community Sales Managers.

Duties will include: Management of all day to day sales activities for the neighborhood community.  Successful candidates will have a minimum two years of experience in New Home Sales. We desire candidates who are self-motivated and can develop relationships with potential customers while closing the sale. If you have selling success, a college degree (or equivalent experience) and the desire and skills to succeed, then we would like to talk with you.   The major functional responsibilities of the position are: Model home responsibilities, Demonstrating homes/home sites,  Sales process responsibilities, Lead generating/promotion responsibilities, Customer satisfaction responsibilities, and  Administrative tasks, such as contract paperwork and weekly reports.

Desired Skills and Experience: The qualified candidate will have the following skill sets: Two (2) years minimum experience in New Home Sales required, Four (4) year college degree in Sales or Marketing preferred, Ability to work weekends,  Computer skills,  Knowledge of sales process,  Strong analysis and follow up, Excellent organizational skills, Good written and oral communication skills, Good interpersonal skills.
