New Home Buying Process

Buying a home has never been easier with Legacy Homes. Our home buying process begins with a personal tour of our premier model homes with one of our onsite agents. We now have six available communities to choose from as well as three new ones on their way to development! Our agents will help you choose from our wide variety of floorplans to find one that best suits your needs.  In five of our communities we also have the opportunity to select your own lot to build your chosen floorplan on to make it all yours!

Legacy homes has six preferred lenders that are readily available to help you setup a mortgage plan and walk you through the buying process every step of the way. One more bonus of choosing one of our lenders is we pay closing costs! These six great companies that we work with include: Reliance Bank, Interlinc, BB&T, Imortgage, Platinum Mortgage, and Acopia. If you select any one of these esteemed professionals you will be in great hands.

After your contract has be signed you will then schedule an appointment  with our design center professional, Jamie Flanagan.

Legacy Homes Design Center is where the fun begins in your home buying experience. Our knowledgeable Design Professional, Jamie, who graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s in Interior design, will help you personalize your home to create the perfect look of style and function.

With just the right amount of options to select from, you will then pick the finishes of your soon to be kitchen, bath and lighting fixtures, cabinet style and color, countertops, flooring, Brick and trim, and more. Your taste and style are your own, so you create your dream home, all with the personalized service of an expert. This is where your dreams become a reality!

Then the Building Begins! We cannot wait to tell you about the fun of watching what you created on paper to become the actual wood and brick you will eventually call HOME!
