Any new home can look great on the outside, but it's how your home is built on the inside that really matters. That's why Legacy Homes has System 7™. It's our exclusive system designed to eliminate defects in the construction process.
We organize the construction process into seven critical phases, developed meticulous inspections, and put strict procedures in place. Each phase must be 100% complete and defect free before proceeding to the next phase. This means any defects are caught and corrected on the spot.
System 7™ is how we ensure quality is built-in to every Legacy Home. It's all part of our relentless commitment to long-lasting value.
Foundation
Building site is prepared and concrete slab is poured
Framing
Engineered roof trusses, floor joists and walls are put in place, and the rough plumbing and roof shingles are installed
Rough Mechanical
HVAC systems and electrical wiring are installed, walls are insulated and exterior / brick is installed
Drywall
Drywall is applied to the walls and ceilings
Paint
Trim work is installed and paint is applied
Cabinets
All cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures are installed
Finals
All flooring, final touch-ups and landscaping are completed
